Loan size and terms & Conditions
We refinance your property or finance purchases in the $1 million to $50 million range. Typical deal is $3M to $10M.
Loan to Value range from 50% to 80% with the typical deal at 70%.
Term is 5,7,10 or 15 years with the typical term of 10 years.
Amortizations of 15,20,25 or 30 years with the typical being 25 years.
Prepayment options: No pen

Recourse: Depends on credit of deal.
The interest rate we will quote will depend on the specifics of the real estate. You can trust that it will be competitive with comparable commercial real estate. We do loans for purchases and refinances on existing stabilized property. Our typical loan is 7% for 10 year term and 25 year amortization.
